Type hated the idea of sharing a room with a gay guy. But now, he's starting to question what he thought he knew.
Lhong, Tharn's best friend, wants to be more than that. But instead of waiting patiently, he plots against Tharn’s loved ones in the most terrible ways. Only to be there to comfort Tharn when he is left heartbroken. Believing no one else could love Tharn more than him, Lhong hopes that his feelings will finally be returned.
Set after the events of the series, Tharn and Type have been dating for four years already. Still very much in love, they remember the first time Type introduced Tharn to his family but Type's father might not be as supportive as they hoped him to be.
Set after the events of "TharnType 2: 7 Years of Love", this epilogue episode features the proposal, wedding and honeymoon of Tharn and Type as they live happily ever after.

Tharn and Type are new college roommates. All is going smoothly between them until Type learns that Tharn is gay, at which point Type begins doing everything he can to find a way out of sharing a room together.
Type is shocked when after a night of heavy drinking he realizes he accidentally fell asleep in Tharn's bed. Tharn starts to notice symptoms of Type wrestling with some trauma, but Type recoils from Tharn when he tries to comfort him in any way. When Type falls ill, Tharn helps nurse him back to health but insists that it was Techno to spare Type the embarrassment.
Tharn and Type share an intimate moment that leaves Type feeling confused. Type insults two trans girls on campus who were touching on him without permission. The girls started posting on social media about the experience calling Type homophobic. Tum confronts Tar about failing to meet him on campus to drive him home.
Tharn seeks to comfort Type as the news of his biased comments spread across campus. A broken-down Type eventually opens up to Tharn about a traumatic incident in his childhood that he has continued to struggle with. Tharn seeks out the individuals that Type offended to try and resolve the issue. Type thinks of a way to repay Tharn for all of his help.
After a brief lover's quarrel, Tharn puts some distance between him and Type to push Type into showing that he really does care. Champ introduces Type to his friends Mai and Puifai. Puifai takes a quick interest in Type.
Techno accidentally reveals to Tharn that Type and Puifai have started seeing each other. Tharn is incredibly hurt by the news and confronts Type about his behavior, Type responds by giving Tharn a list of rules for people in a casual relationship.
Tharn and Type return to their respective homes during the university break. Type shares an emotional moment with his childhood friend, Kom, after narrowly avoiding a fight at the bar. Champ meets with Mai at a bar where she confesses her feelings for him. Upon Tharn and Type's return to their new dorm, the decide it is time to shop for a new bed they can share. Tharn invites Type home to meet his family for his birthday dinner.
The reappearance of San at Tharn's birthday party and his presence afterwards creates jealousy from Type. That jealousy only grows after San makes a point to tell Type that he was Tharn's first "partner."
San intentionally tries to make Type jealous, however, Type gets his own revenge on Tharn later at Jeed's bar. Tharn brings Type home to meet his brother, Thorn. Techno and Type go to see Tharn's band perform for the first time.
After Tar bumps into Tharn unexpectedly, Tar begs Tharn for a second chance at their relationship. Tar's persistence weighs on Tharn and is noticed by Type who is also learning more about Tharn's past from Lhong.
Tharn witnesses Tar being assaulted by a stranger and rushes to his rescue, however the situation is more insidious than it appears.
After learning some disturbing information from Tar, Type begins investigating the source of years of tragic events in Tharn's romantic relationships.
Type and Tharn have been together for seven years and both are enjoying their mostly harmonious life. They do still bicker and meet up with university friends. Now both working adults, Type and Tharn face difficult issues, as they learn that life isn't always just flowers and candies. Can they overcome their challenges or will they be defeated by them?
Tharn and Type have been together for almost 7 years and are both busy with their respective careers. Tharn's brother, Thorn, requests a family meeting with Tharn and Type where he announces his plans to propose to his girlfriend, Am.
Following the news of Thorn's plans for engagement, Tharn expresses to Type his desire to get married as well. Type brushes off the idea creating tension between the two. Meanwhile, Tharn bumps into an old friend in the apartment building, Klui. Champ is beginning to open his own restaurant and while dropping off meals at the hospital reconnects with his college roommate, Khunpol. Fiat has suffered an ACL tear while playing basketball and becomes a complex patient at the hospital Type works at.
Type seems to be the only staff member at the hospital able to get through to Fiat on how to approach his injury. Leo rushes home after learning that Fiat has been hurt. Thorn invites Am on a very special date with the help of Thanya and Tharn.
As Fiat makes his pursuit of Type, Leo quickly gets jealous of Fiat's divided attention. Meanwhile, Techno lets slip that he has witnessed Nana and Tharn together shopping at the mall. Type is quickly suspicious of this new new presence around Tharn.
After dealing with Nana pursuing his boyfriend, Type must now deal with his own conflicts with his boss at work.
Type nears his breaking point with his boss at work. Leo grows frustrated with Fiat's pursuit of Type.
Type finally opens up to Tharn about the harassment he is facing at work. A surprise guest returns from Korea to visit Klui.
Khunpol lends Type a hand at the hospital while Tharn is away on a work trip.
While Tharn is away for work, Type falls ill with a fever. Fiat sees this as a chance to make a move.
Tharn returns early from his business trip to check on Type's health. However, when he arrives he is shocked to find Type together with Fiat in a precarious situation.
After learning of his father's injury, Type rushes home to help with the family business. Fiat seeks out Tharn to find a way to apologize.
Tharn visits Type during his monkhood.
