Humagears, created by the leading company for A.I., HIDEN Intelligence, serve humanity's every convenience. But a cyber-terrorist organization begins hacking the Humagears in a conspiracy that turns them into monsters. Aruto Hiden has taken over at HIDEN Intelligence, and along with the CEO's post, he also takes over the responsibility for Kamen Rider Zero-One by using his company's technology. Aruto tries to keep the peaceful world between humans and Humagears with his Humagear secretary, while A.I.M.S., a military squad, pursues the terrorists!
Izu suddenly appears before Aruto in a corridor passageway of Satellite Zea, however, there seems to be something off about her... Furthermore, besides her new long-haired hairstyle, she keeps on suddenly appearing and then disappearing from view, and the way she speaks seems unintelligible! Izu, who claims she is suffering from a systems failure, has apparently lost all of her data on Zero-One! So in order to update Izu's data on Zero-One, he decides to go back and revisit all of their previous battles, however...
Izu suddenly appears before Aruto in a corridor passageway of Satellite Zea, however, there seems to be something off about her... Aruto helps a seemingly defective Izu by updating her with all of Zero-One's data up until this point in time when suddenly Aruto finds himself connected to the Ark! While inside, Aruto notices a black Kamen Rider, the likes of which he has never seen before! After being unable to restore her for a while, Izu can no longer take it and her attitude suddenly changes as she begins to speak of an unbelievable truth...!
Fuwa has been told that his true past, the one that hadn't been falsified, has been "boring and uninteresting", as Yua overhears and notices that Fuwa cannot hide the look of disappointment on his face. "You are Vulcan! Engrave it in your head!" In order to regain his confidence, Isamu Fuwa looks back at his life and battles as a Kamen Rider! However, this plan of his starts to head in an unexpected direction...!
In order to regain Fuwa's confidence by looking back on Vulcan's several battles, Yua focuses a little too much on the negative, and Fuwa breaks away as a result! Just then, Aruto and Izu appear before Fuwa, and start to introduce him to different jobs in the workplace for a possible future path for him to choose! Just then, Yua appears before him yet again...!
Aruto and Izu are both introducing Fuwa to a variety of different kinds of jobs as Fuwa starts to doubt himself when Yua appears and says "Fuwa cannot go beyond his work at the organization!", and she cuts off all suggestions! So then Aruto and Izu decide to introduce him to a variety of different jobs for very confident individuals, ones where they can make a strong path for themselves towards the future, however...
The Humagear Azu, claiming to be the secretary of the Ark, has suddenly appeared at MetsubouJinrai.net's ruined headquarters! Her appearance is similar to that of the Secretary-Type Humagear Izu, but the module on her head is glowing red! Azu starts by saying "I will now commence a Singularity test", and goes on to say that all four members of MetsubouJinrai.net are needed in order to completely restore the Ark! After everything has all been said and done, Azu reveals a particular Progrisekey and shows it to the terrorists...!
