Arabella Fields

Arabella 'Belle' Fields was an American singer and actress, based in Germany for most of her career. In her international tours, she introduced European and Middle Eastern audiences to African-American musical traditions. In the early twentieth century, she appeared in several German silent films. Her only major role in a full-length film was the 1932 adventure film Baroud, where she played a domestic slave. Filmed in French and English, she starred in both versions.
