But before he can end his life, Marlow is discovered by a visiting filmmaker, Josh. Their honest interaction reveals that Josh has a good friend, Chase, with the same condition. And that the right medication can transform emotionally crippling mood swings and delusional thoughts into a satisfying and productive future.
