Our House is an American television drama series that aired on NBC for two seasons from September 11, 1986 to May 8, 1988. The series centers on the Witherspoon family and the challenges they face adjusting to life with three generations living in the same house.
Jessie and her three children move in with her father-in-law following the death of her husband. Kris worries when she realizes the local school doesn't offer classes she needs to get into the Air Force Academy.
David runs into serious competition with his business painting house numbers on curbs. Jessie enrolls in a photography course.
Gus's visiting Marine buddy, J.J. Moon, causes havoc.

Eric writes a story making fun of the candidates including Kris, Jessie thinks the article(satire) is good and tells Kris she is going to run it in the student paper. Kris says she will blame Jessie if she doesn't get elected. Willie is concerned with Kris' decisions in the election. She has been flirting with the guy who is running for student council president.
