Academic overachiever Er meets his match when Mawin joins his class. When the two are sent away to take an exam that could qualify them for a scholarship abroad, Er's confidence is shaken. In an attempt to control his fate, he contacts an anonymous fortune-teller that makes strange demands of him, and in turn finds himself doing all he can to make icy Mawin like him.
A fortune teller advises Err that to find success, he must make someone fall for him who's close to him. While away at an academic camp, Err finds himself roommates with his academic rival, Mawin, who constantly irritates him.
