Monica, the leader of the crew and 'ruler of the street,' is a little girl with a strong personality, not one to overlook any insult. She absolutely loves her stuffed bunny, Samson, and takes him with her everywhere. Jimmy Five, one of her best friends, is a smart kid, but he's always provoking her. Maggy is Monica's best friend and a super cute girl, who is always eating watermelons. To complete the show's main quartet, enter Smudge, a skillful boy who is terrified of water.
All that Jimmy Five wants most on this beautiful morning is to watch his favourite cartoon on TV. But today, the gang will not give him peace! First Monica knocks on his door to sell raffle tickets, then Maggy wants his help to take care of her pet lobster, then Smudge needs to pee... ARGH!! Will Jimmy ever get peace?
Monica goes to Magali's house and finds out that her little friend is very busy with the cleaning. But ... wait! Something is wrong, after all Dona Lili would never leave the house in the care of her daughter. Besides, this is not a child's job. Cebolinha is not satisfied, as he just took a few more good rabbits from Monica. For him this is not fair, after all all the poor thing wants is to own the moon ... or better, the street. So Mônica has an idea to put an end to Cebolinha's "mimimi": she divides the street into two parts and gives him half. But did our toothpaste do the right thing? Owning half the street can raise Cebolinha's head and bring other conflicts to the gang. It will be?
Cebolinha is euphoric, because he just came up with the best infallible plan against Monica of all time.
